Fitness Kickboxing

Farrell's helped develop group fitness kickboxing—it’s what we’re famous for. And if you want fitness and fun packaged into one class in Ankeny, you’re in the right spot! We bet it’s the most fun you’ll have working out. And you’ll never get bored because our certified cardio kickboxing instructors always switch things up to keep classes engaging.

Strength Training

Farrell's low-impact strength training classes will help you re-balance your body composition. You’ll add strong, lean muscles—working your whole body throughout the week. Our strength training classes switch between upper and lower body days to have enough time for muscle groups to recover and build.

You don’t need expensive weight machines to get excellent results. Resistance bands are the central piece of equipment used at Farrell's and offer the same benefits of weights, but with less impact. Bands are highly effective for working muscles, and they make it easy to modify resistance for all fitness levels. We provide bands in an assortment of resistances, so you can adjust the intensity of your workout by giving the bands more or less resistance.

Nutrition Coaching

We make eating the right foods straightforward. With our tested nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we plan everything for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We show you what your body needs for you to reach your goals. When you stick to our nutrition plan, you will experience results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only wholesome food can deliver.

We individualize your plan to meet your distinct needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can still go out to eat, and you can still have the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your optimal food choices are in any situation. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can enjoy some of your favorite indulgences—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!
